Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from RE HOME LTD through ReHome. It sits alongside your statutory rights as a UK consumer, which it does not affect.
Digital credits and subscriptions
- Unused board credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have already been used to generate boards are non-refundable.
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate part months unless required by law.
- If a technical fault prevents a board from being generated, contact us and we will restore the credit or issue a refund.
Decorative objects
- You may return unused decorative objects in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we cover return costs and refund in full.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Payment status
Online payment is not yet active on this site. Our payment provider is pending. Until it is connected, no card payments are taken here; any reserved orders or plans are confirmed by email before payment is arranged.
How to request a refund or return
Email support@rehomei.shop with your order reference and reason. We aim to acknowledge within two working days.
