These Terms govern your use of the ReHome website at rehomei.shop, operated by RE HOME LTD (company number 04787266). By using the site you agree to these Terms.

What ReHome provides

ReHome is an online studio that composes reclaimed-style decor mood boards and offers a small range of decorative objects. The boards are styling inspiration only. ReHome does not provide recycling, valuation, furniture repair, installation or environmental certification services, and does not guarantee any particular outcome in your home.

Accounts and credits

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.
  • Re-Mix boards may be generated within the limits of your plan, as described on the Pricing page.
  • Credits and subscriptions are subject to the terms shown at the point of selection. Online payment is not yet active; no charges are taken on this site until our payment provider is connected.

Decorative objects

Decorative objects are sold as decorative goods. Product images are representative; natural materials such as wood, stone, linen and iron vary in grain, tone and finish. Availability, pricing and delivery are confirmed at the point of order.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the site unlawfully or attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
  • Do not copy or resell board content or imagery without permission.

Intellectual property

The site, its imagery and board content are owned by RE HOME LTD or its licensors and are provided for your personal styling use only.

Limitation of liability

ReHome is provided on an “as is” basis for inspiration. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a board. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
